NAME
nfo_typeofgfxmem() - Returns type of memory that will
be used for graphics rendering.
SYNOPSIS
type = nfo_typeofgfxmem(modeid);
ULONG nfo_typeofgfxmem(ULONG);
FUNCTION
This function can tell if it is okay to blit the gfx
where it currently sits.
INPUTS
modeid - Modeid that will be checked for existence on
CGX/P96 monitor list. Pass INVALID_ID if you
dont want to check for that.
RETURNS
Can return what 'TypeOfMem()' returns or MEMF_PUBLIC
if 'modeid' belongs to CGX or P96. The easiest way to
to determine if rendering can be done using fast mem.
is to check for MEMF_CHIP by doing logical AND('&').

Do not rely on this func. when BitMap is to be used
as a screen bitmap!
