NAME
nfo_isblitable() - Tells if given image data can be
displayed.
SYNOPSIS
res = nfo_isblitable(ptr, modeid);
BOOL nfo_isblitable(void *, ULONG);
FUNCTION
This func. takes a pointer and/or 'modeid' and checks
if it can be displayed from that location.
INPUTS
ptr - Memory address.
modeid - Modeid that points at specific hardware such
as CGX or P96 driven graphics board. Passing
INVALID_ID disables the check.
RETURNS
Returns TRUE if data are free to be blitted to screen
or FALSE that most probably means: use MEMF_CHIP ...

What you want to pass to this function is typically
one of the plane pointers of a BitMap or Intuition
