NAME
dos_qfseek() - Seek in 'qfile' file descriptor.
SYNOPSIS
res = dos_qfseek(qf, off, whence);
LONG dos_qfseek(struct qfile *, LONG, LONG);
FUNCTION
This function alter-wraps 'Seek()'. It is in no
way asynchronous once internal call was made!
INPUTS
qf - Ptr to a valid 'qfile' file descriptor.
off - File offset.
whence - Offset control(OFFSET_BEGINNING, ...).
RETURNS
May return -2 if previous operation is still in
progress. Non-permanent -1 on error and 0 and up
on success.

This function can only be successful when no op.
is pending on the file descriptor!
