NAME
dos_qflink() - Links ordinary f. d. with 'qfile'.
SYNOPSIS
qf = dos_qflink(fd);
struct qfile *dos_qflink(BPTR);
FUNCTION
This function allows to turn already opened file
descriptor into 'qfile' descriptor.
INPUTS
fd - Normal file desc. as obtained with 'Open()'.
RETURNS
Returns special file descriptor pointer or NULL if
memory or message port allocation failed.

NOTES
Func. does 'AllocSignal()' thru 'CreateMsgPort()'!
Once the 'fd' is linked you should not be touching
it or using directly! Same applies to 'Close()',
do not call it! Use the 'dos_qfclose()' instead.
