res = txt_strcspn(str1, str2);
LONG txt_strcspn(const UBYTE *, const UBYTE *);
FUNCTION
This function computes the length of the initial segment of
'str1' which consists entirely of characters not in 'str2'.
INPUTS
str1 - String with text.
str2 - String that contains one or more characters.
RETURNS
Returns the number of characters spanned.
