NAME
txt_memcmp() - Compares two memory regions of upto
size.
SYNOPSIS
res = txt_memcmp(ptr1, ptr2, size);
LONG txt_memcmp(void *, void*, LONG);
FUNCTION
This function works like so famous 'memcmp()', but
tries to operate on long words if possible.
INPUTS
ptr1 - Pointer to a memory region.
ptr2 - Pointer to a memory region.
size - Size of that memory region.
RETURNS
Returns 0 if both regions contain the same data or
-1 if long word/1 if byte comparison failed.

None.
NOTES
This func. doesnt care about even or odd pointers!
Interesingly 'txt_memicmp()' func. exists! It does
ignore letter case.
