NAME
nfo_stackvalid() - Tells if a task has the stack at all
and if it is valid.
SYNOPSIS
bool = nfo_stackvalid(addr);
BOOL nfo_stackvalid(ULONG);
FUNCTION
This function checks stack presence and validity.
INPUTS
addr - Address of a task, 0 = current task.
RETURNS
Returns TRUE if stack is valid and FALSE if it is not.

Do not call this func. from pseudo-interrupts(private
task exceptions)!
This function utilises SIGF_SINGLE and also does the
atomic context swap, so it may break 'Forbid()'!
