NAME
nfo_issegremote() - Checks if given process uses remote
seglist.
SYNOPSIS
res = nfo_issegremote(pr);
LONG nfo_issegremote(struct Process *);
FUNCTION
This function allows to check if given process executes
code that belongs to someone else.
INPUTS
pr - Process address.
RETURNS
Returns 0 if the process is not using remote seglist or
or PC(program counter), or -1 if PC is not available.

SysBase, (DOSBase)
NOTES
This function may also return 0 if passed 'pr' is not
really a process.
Function will call 'Forbid()' / 'Permit()' pair during
examining.
It up to you to check if process is valid! This is not
necessary if you are calling this function taking task
addresses from iterator though.
