   NAME

      nfo_ispdev64bit() - Checks if partition's device is 64bit
                          compliant.



   SYNOPSIS

      res = nfo_ispdev64bit(device);

      LONG nfo_ispdev64bit(UBYTE *);



   FUNCTION

      This function allows to determine if the device that is
      used to support a filesystem understands 64bit commands.



   INPUTS

      device - Standard AmigaDOS device/volume name('DH0:').



   RETURNS

      Returns ORed('|') flags(see header file) or 0 if the dev.
      does not support 64bit commands at all, or -1 on error.
