__nifunc __interrupt void nfo_getsystime(
struct timeval *, void *);
FUNCTION

a 'gettimeofday()' wrapper in most cases. Only the
Amiga uses 'timer.device/GetSysTime()'.

SysBase, TimerBase
NOTES
This func. does not 'OpenDevice("timer.device",..)'
but seeks for it in the system and borrows library
base. Once the base is found it gets buffered!
Unfortunately 'GetSysTime()' does not offer micro
precision, so it will be 0...
