NAME
nfo_findgfxrange() - Tries to determine range according
to the monitor name.
SYNOPSIS
res = nfo_findgfxrange(monname, rlow, rhigh);
BOOL nfo_findgfxrange(UBYTE *, ULONG *, ULONG *):
FUNCTION
This function allows to determine effective range of the
monitor in the database.
INPUTS
monname - NULL terminated string containing monitor name.
AmigaOS patterns can be used here! Name is case
insensitive.
rlow - Input/output low range argument.
rhigh - Input/output high range argument.
RETURNS
Returns boolean. TRUE if range was found or FALSE if not.

NOTES
This function expects input on range arguments before it
can return monitor range.
Important! You should always pass 0xFFFF in 'rlow' arg.
to avoid false range detection(0 to 0xFFFF is considered
startup monitor which can/will be doubled if you load
the proper monitor!).
