NAME
mod_kicktaglink() - Links custom module to the system
chains.
SYNOPSIS
res = mod_kicktaglink(kh);
BOOL mod_kicktaglink(struct mod_ktl_head *);
FUNCTION
This function allows to add the module to the system.
It then computes new checksum.
INPUTS
kh - Default module header.
RETURNS
Returns boolean, TRUE for OK and FALSE for failure.

NOTES
In 1.00 of this code there was a 'KickCheckSum' check
that decided whether to link or not. Now function does
discard broken KMP/KTP chains and always returns OK.
