NAME
mem_lzwdecompress() - Super small LZW data depacker.
SYNOPSIS
pd = mem_lzwdecompress(ptr, size);
struct mem_pak_data *mem_lzwdecompress(UBYTE *, ULONG);
FUNCTION
This func. is just ideal for embeding it anywhere where
compressed data is to be expected.
INPUTS
ptr - Pointer to memory region to be decompressed.
size - Size of that region.
RETURNS
Returns pointer to memory block that may contain the
decompressed data or NULL if no memory is available or
data is corrupt or dont resemble LZW.

Always inspect 'pd_size' after decompression, if it is
0 then decompressing this data was not possible.
