NAME
mem_fixterm() - Fixes all terminal function and data
pointers.
SYNOPSIS
mem_fixterm(ptr);
void mem_fixterm(void *);
FUNCTION
This function can be useful when terminal buffer is
to be used across processes or was loaded residently
into memory.
INPUTS
ptr - Pointer to virtual terminal area.
RETURNS
No output.

NOTES
Especially use this func. when one process allocates
the terminal, passes its pointer to another process
and dies so that the other process will swap all FPs
to point at its code space.
User CBs wont be fixed you will have to take care of
that!
