NAME
mem_allocbmapthere() - Allocates standard BitMap in
given type of memory.
SYNOPSIS
bm = mem_allocbmapthere(w, h, d, type);
struct BitMap *mem_allocbmapthere(
ULONG, ULONG, ULONG, ULONG);
FUNCTION
This function tries to mimic 'AllocBitMap()' allowing
user to allocate the BitMap in any memory.
INPUTS
w - Width in pixels.
h - Height in pixels.
d - Depth in bits(max 8).
type - Type of memory(standard 'AllocMem()' flags).
RETURNS
Returns pointer to the bitmap or NULL if there is not
enough memory.

BitMap created with this function can be passed to
'FreeBitMap()'.
BitMap created by this function is in standard Amiga
format.
