NAME
dos_remlinkpoint() - Tries to terminate linkpoint by
sending ACTION_DIE packet.
SYNOPSIS
res = dos_remlinkpoint(name);
LONG dos_remlinkpoint(UBYTE *);
FUNCTION
This function tries to terminate linkpoint by sending
ACTION_DIE packet to it.
INPUTS
name - NULL terminated DOS device name. Name can be
suffixized with colon(':'), but that is not
necessary.
RETURNS
Function will return 1 if packet was sent, -1 if it was
not and/or 0 if device does not exist(anymore).

NOTES
This function doesnt guarantee device removal! You can,
however place it in a loop together with some delayer
and if it returns 0 then the device is considered gone.
