NAME
dos_ctrlfdrelay() - Allows to control File Descriptor
Relay.
SYNOPSIS
res = dos_ctrlfdrelay(dev, chan, pass,
flags, file, arg);

ULONG, ULONG, ULONG);
FUNCTION
This function allows to control 'dos_addfdrelay()' on
a C level.
INPUTS
dev - Amiga DOS device name(including colon(':')).
chan - Optional channel to concatenate if it was not
specified in 'dev'.
pass - Optional password. Set to NULL if no password.
The syntax is: "<password>" == "+<password>",
and to unset "-<password>".
flags - Ctrl flags. They are described in the header.
file - NULL term. string or an address. Depending on
the flag.
arg - Additional argument that depends on the flag.
RETURNS
Returns 1 or an address to the f. descriptor(depending
on the flag) 0 on failure.

Warning! Flags that translate to 'BF' argument that is:
QDEV_DOS_FDR_NOFILEBUFFER, QDEV_DOS_FDR_FILEBUFFER and
QDEV_DOS_FDR_WRITEFLUSH are mutually exclusive!
