NAME
ctl_remidcmphandler() - Removes custom IDCMP handler from
'cc' window.
SYNOPSIS
ctl_remidcmphandler(cc, ci);

struct ctl_csn_cwin *, struct ctl_csn_ient *);
FUNCTION
This function detaches your IDCMP_#? event from where it
was attached.
INPUTS
cc - Pointer to one of the windows as intialised by the
'ctl_openconscreen()'.
ci - Structure that carries code and/or data pointers.
Make sure that this node is attached first before
removing!
RETURNS
No output.

This routine is dangerous to use when 'ic' was not added
to the list first!
This routine automatically disables the event as found in
'ci_idcmpev' if list is empty after removing handler.
