NAME
ctl_lockscreensafe() - Try to lock the screen without
explicitly opening it.
SYNOPSIS
screen = ctl_lockscreensafe(pubname);
struct Screen *ctl_lockscreensafe(UBYTE *);
FUNCTION
This function wraps 'LockPubScreen()'. It will check
if the screen is present in the system before locking
it, so effectively screen wont pop up.
INPUTS
pubname - Public screen name(not a title!). NULL for
'Workbench'. Asterisk('*') for current one.
Name is case sensitive!
RETURNS
Returns pointer to the screen or NULL if it could not
be locked, cus it is not present.
