NAME
ctl_haltidcmp() - Stops IDCMP message/event broadcasts.
SYNOPSIS
ctl_haltidcmp(window);
void ctl_haltidcmp(struct Window *);
FUNCTION
This funcc will strip all the messages pending and will
deallocate message port from the window so further event
handling is impossible.
INPUTS
window - Window pointer.
RETURNS
No output.

NOTES
Use this function before closing your window to answer
late and undesired events.
If 'window->UserPort->mp_Node.ln_Type' is not NT_MSGPORT
then no 'ModifyIDCMP()' will be called but UserPort will
will be NULLed and all events set to 0.
