NAME
ctl_clipath() - Allows to manipulate CLI process paths.
SYNOPSIS
res = ctl_clipath(mode, path);
LONG ctl_clipath(LONG, UBYTE *);
FUNCTION
This function allows to perform simple ops on CLI paths,
such as: adding, removing, searching for or clearing.
INPUTS
mode - Type of op. See header file for more details.
path - NULL terminated string/path.
RETURNS
Function may return either negative or positive value when
it was successful or 0 if it wasnt.

NOTES
When searching for a 'path' negative address to the path
entry structure may be returned. It will be so if that is
the first path on the list. Otherwise the address will be
positive, but you will not gain access to the exact entry
but the previous one!!! See source code for more details.
