NAME
ctl_addviewctrl() - Adds view control to the screen
shell.
SYNOPSIS
vctrl = ctl_addviewctrl(cd, fct);
void *ctl_addviewctrl(struct ctl_csn_data *, ULONG);
FUNCTION
This function adds view control capability to the
screen shell which allows to rearrange and zoom
windows with the keyboard.
INPUTS
cd - Screen shell pointer.
fct - Zoom factor(step in %).
RETURNS
Returns ptr to the control block or NULL on error.

NOTES
Using this func. makes sense with 2 or more windows!
To control the view slide mouse pointer to the right
bottom corner of the active window. OSD will show up.
Now you can use numeric keypad(comfy) or equiv. keys
on regular kb. Keys currently bound are as follows:
'+' - Increase the size of the current window.
'-' - Decrease the size of the current window.
'/' - Change the arrangement of windows.
'*' - Reset the arrangement size.
'.' - Toggle window separator.
'\r'- Quit setup(the return key).
Sliding back to location that activated OSD will also
quit setup.
