NAME
crt_newinstance() - Copies and relocates data section.
SYNOPSIS
ok = crt_newinstance(cr);
LONG crt_newinstance(struct qcrtregs *);
FUNCTION
This routine allows to copy and relocate data section
in a (resident) binary that uses QCRT startup code.
The need for relocation is determined automatically.
INPUTS
cr - Special startup structure that contains saved/
predefined CPU registers.
RETURNS
Returns new data region address or maximum value LONG
can be if no relocation was necessary. NULL will be
returned if there is not enough memory available.

Automatic A4 reloading can be suppressed by putting a
flag QDEV_QCRT_F_NOA4 in 'cr_f'.
