qf_mp - Quick file message port that is used to do asynchronous ops.
qf_sp - Standard DOS packet that is used to carry messages to/from the
handler.
qf_in - Int. operation indicator that also acts as a simple semaphore.
qf_mo - Quick file mode. Either synchronous or asynchronous.
qf_er - Internal I/O error latch, used as a security guard, so risk of
ditching FH or disk space is reduced.
qf_si - Signal bit used to get out of wait state temporarily.
qf_ti - Request status probing interval in ticks. By default this is 3.
qf_fd - Real FileHandle as obtained with Open(). Do not use it
directly!
